Our fees explained
We know the mortgage process can be confusing, especially when it comes to understanding the fees & charges associated with your mortgage. Our advice is free. An arrangement fee of up to 1% is charged for each case. In addition we receive a fee from the mortgage provider between 0.3% and 0.45% of the amount borrowed.Success stories

We have recently re-mortgaged our house using Arc & Co. They have access to deals that we wouldn't have found, they understand the small print and give excellent support through the process. They gave us a great service, hassle free, saved us a lot of money and we highly recommend them.

Alistair Hargreaves at Arc & Co. could not have been more helpful. He took the time to listen and then research multiple mortgage options that would have suited my personal position culminating in solid and informed advice as to which would be best for me. He showed incredible patience in explaining fully all the detail of the options (often repeatedly!) to a complete novice like myself! He is definitely the broker to request - knowledgeable, friendly, helpful with a great personal approach. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him!
Debbie McFayden

We have used Gareth for two mortgages and he was very helpful, knowledgeable and informative. He went above and beyond to get our mortgages sorted out and was extremely helpful through every step of the process. He also advised us about an insurance policy and did all the paperwork for this making the whole process very simple and quick. I cannot recommend him or ARC enough and will certainly be using them in the future for our business and personal mortgages.
